Whats a Sherpa?
A Sherpa is a native guide that possesses specialized knowledge that helps
mountain climbers scale the highest peaks in the world.

Here at 28 North, we knew from the beginning that our concept would depend on our team being
excited about our menu and being able to guide and sometimes educate our guests on what we are all about.
Every month we ask our team to choose two of their co-workers that are going above and

beyond, totally embracing the sherpa mentality!
