All meals serve two people (usually with leftovers!)
Orders are due by 12 noon the day of pick up and must be picked up between 4-6pm.

Monday : Pork Chops & Polenta
Four 10oz. boneless pork chops, brown butter carrots, polenta, chicharrons

Tuesday : Barbacoa Taco Board
Two bone in barbacoa short ribs, shaved radish, cilantro, pickled onions, cotija cheese, 10 corn tortillas, corn salsa, served with a large side of mexican street corn

Wednesday : Steak & Potatoes
Two 12oz bistro tender steaks, roasted potatoes, brussels and carrots tossed in truffle vinaigrette, shaved radish, roasted shallots, served with a large wedge salad

Thursday : Shrimp & Grits
Twelve key west pink shrimp, Conagree & Penn grits, shaved radish, charred lemon, pickled serrano peppers, red eye gravy, pearl onions, served with a large watermelon and feta salad

Friday : Chicken & Mac
One whole fried chicken (8pcs), corn bread, truffle honey butter, mac & cheese, pickles and a shareable side of brussels
