COVID-19 Updates

“We” have maintained 28 NORTH with the highest standards possible from the day we opened, February 4th, 2019 and aren’t changing that one bit! That said, we will continue meeting and exceeding ALL State & Federal “Best Practices” for Restaurants in ALL areas of our organization.

“We” respectfully ask for you to not enter this facility if :

  • You are or have experienced any fever symptoms in the last three weeks
  • You have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or exposed to anyone that has been around someone else with COVID-19
  • You have traveled extensively Nationally or Internationally within past three weeks
  • “We” are asking our third-party delivery drivers and any suppliers to have gloves and delivery our food in sanitized carrying bags
  • Between seating’s “We”;
    • Clean and sanitize table condiments, digital ordering devices, check presenters, self-service areas, tabletops, chairs and all common touch areas
    • Single-use items are discarded
    • We offer rolled silverware and have eliminated all table presets and clean and sanitize every menu after every use
  • “We” clean and sanitize restrooms based on frequency of use
  • “We” have made hand sanitizer readily available for all guests

“We” are pre-screening our employees before every shift to ensure their health

“We” have updated floor plans for common dining areas, with reserved seating arrangements to ensure at least six feet of separation between tables and “We” are limiting contact between wait staff and guests

“Our” employees have received ServSafe food handler training, educating and holding them to the highest food & beverage service standards

“We” have improved our technology with mobile apps, contactless payment and automated ordering systems
