Our menu is a celebration of Florida’s bounty. We’re proud to build relationships with local producers who share our passion for quality. All our produce is sourced from just down the road in Plant City. Our dishes are brightened with fresh microgreens from a local business called Dope Little Farms and sweetened with pure, local honey from LKC Honey. The incredible variety of mushrooms on our menu—from brown oysters to lion’s mane—is thanks to our partnership with Fungi Jon. By supporting them, we’re getting fresher ingredients and investing in the community we are so proud to serve.

Our desserts are also made in fresh batches every three days, with a selection that rotates constantly to keep things exciting.
